An afternoon with Theo The Magician at Heron View Care Home Croydon part of Bramley Health Ltd
Heron View Care Home in Croydon is made up of 35 gentlemen being cared for with either dementia, Huntington disease, Korsakoff, Parkingson’s, Alzheimer’s and enduring mental health diagnosis.
Theo the Magician performed a Fun Interactive Adapted Magic Show for all the residents and staff. Staff and residents were able to hold, shuffle, shout out and have a good laugh from a varied array of Magic Tricks involving small and large cards, giant dice, rope and a long wand.
Magic Theo finishing with Large Colourful Balloon Models. Theo, as he always does when going into different types of homes brought all his Magic and adapted the Magic Show to fit the group. There was a lot of participation using all of Theo’s Magical adapted skills.
Theo the Magician said it was great to get applause and laughter from both residents and staff.
It’s always difficult with rules and Wellbeing to have photos of the lovely residents, so to be on the safe side Theo is pictured with all the happy carers.
