It was a great honour and pleasure for Theo The Magician to be part of the 100 years Celebration of Rotary in Cheam and Sutton on Saturday 11th November 2023 at Cuddington Golf Club.
Both Cheam and Sutton Rotary Clubs existed as separate Clubs until they merged in July 2016. Over the past years Theo The Magician has performed many times for both clubs from performing in the main arena with Cheam Rotary’s Carnival in Cheam Park to Magic Shows at The Prince of Wales Cheam.
Rotarians, family and friends gathered for this momentous occasion.
Suzan Walsh the President of Cheam and Sutton Rotary welcomed the District Governor Annemarie Van Bochove Allen, Rotary International Director Eve Conway, their twin Club from France and neighbouring Rotary Clubs from Banstead, Wallington and surrounding areas.
After all the speeches Theo The Magician entertained everyone with his Interactive Fun Magic Show. There was a Special Magic Trick performed across the English Channel using the French Rotary President and an English Rotarian. There were also Specially put together Magic Tricks for the District Governor, The Cheam & Sutton President and the Rotary International Director, as well as many effects for the 70+ guests.
Rotarians commented saying what a great fun way to finish off this momentous occasion and look forward to the next time.
